Educational Leadership & Accountability
Ms. D. Cooke
This portfolio represents the work of Donna A. Cooke. I am presently pursuing my doctoral degree in Educational Leadership and Accountability at St. John's University. I am also a secondary school counselor, a protector of the environment and an avid animal/bird watcher ... I welcome you to review my website and to learn more about the process of earning a St. John's doctoral degree.
Throughout this program, I have completed detailed assignments in order to be considered for graduation. Besides completing coursework and defending a dissertation, doctoral candidates are required to create a digital portfolio (our website). This portfolio demonstrates the expanded knowledge and skills that I have obtained by our participation in the St. John's University program.
The purpose of Digital portfolios is to:
(1) Express our mastery of the knowledge being presented.
(2) Demonstrate our professional growth over a period of time.
(3) Evaluate our course/program progress.
